Announcement of a price adjustment from October 2025

At 365 business development, we pursue the goal of developing high-quality, reliable and future-proof solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central - at fair and transparent prices.

In recent years, we have managed to avoid price adjustments despite rising operating and development costs. In order to continue to develop our products at the highest technical level, offer reliable support services and meet the increased requirements in the cloud and security environment, we now see a moderate price adjustment as necessary.

What will change from October 01, 2025?

Preise für monatliche Abonnements werden um 20% erhöht.
Beispiel: 365 business ERiC, Mandantenlizenz: künftig 36,00 € pro Monat, statt bisher 30,- € pro Monat
Prices for jährliche Abonnements werden auf den bisherigen monatlichen Preis, vor dem 01. Oktober 2025, hochgerechnet.
Beispiel: 365 business ERiC, Mandantenlizenz: künftig 360,00 € pro Jahr, statt bisher 324,- € pro Jahr. Dies entspricht dem jährlichen Preis, bei monatlichen Abonnements, vor dem 01. Oktober 2025.

When will the price adjustment take effect?

The new prices apply to all new subscriptions and renewals from October 1, 2025, but no later than September 30, 2026.

If you are currently using a monthly subscription, you now have the opportunity to benefit from the current price by switching to an annual subscription until the next renewal.

Your benefits:

You still benefit from the previous price until the next renewal
And secure the currently even lower annual price in the long term
