Additional Notes on Our Product Support Lifecycle

In accordance with Microsoft guidelines, we are committed to providing support for at least the same ERP solutions and versions supported by Microsoft. This means we focus on the ongoing development of our add-on solutions and begin the upgrade process to the latest version of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as soon as the latest version is available to us.

In the event that 365 business development GmbH decides to discontinue the further development of one or more modules, we are obligated under the terms of our maintenance agreements to provide product maintenance and support until the expiration of all maintenance agreements.
